This policy is now available to purchase and provides cover for solicitor’s fees and disbursements that cannot be recovered should the sale of your property fall through for a variety of reasons. Claims examples include an adverse search on your property which restricts or is detrimental to a successful transaction, or the buyer’s mortgage lender values your property at less than the amount by your buyers (and which you accepted).
